mindscrul is a social app built around scrolling less and making more. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms yourself.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. One person per account.
You own what you post. By posting, you give mindscrul permission to store it, show it to the people your privacy settings allow, and make the copies needed to run the app. This permission ends when you delete the post or your account, apart from copies that briefly remain in backups.
Only post things you have the right to share.
mindscrul has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or send anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent or graphic, that exploits or endangers minors, that encourages self-harm, that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights. You may not impersonate others, spam, or try to get around a block.
You can report any post or person, and block anyone, from their post or profile. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove the accounts of people who post it.
Brains, mindful days, gold hearts and similar features exist to help you scroll mindfully. They have no monetary value and we may change how they work.
You can delete your account at any time from settings. That permanently removes your profile and everything you've posted.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
mindscrul is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, mindscrul isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use mindscrul after that means you accept the new terms.
